the location is very near the city centre and kings park. the accommodation is flawless. around ten free parking spots are available with a code, that makes it very safe. the room is well-equipped and well ventilated.

the floor tiles feels cold, particularly at night.

The reception staff was friendly. i liked the location. It was close to kings park and the central business district. the room was spacious. I also found good kitchen facilities. self service laundry was useful.

the television only had local channels. some channels showed pixelation or no connection. a replacement room key cost me 80 dollars.
