Balanced Stay near Kings Park

ground floor cafe handy location clean room street noise bathroom sensor water temperature

I found the ground floor cafe to be a great convenience, especially for breakfast. The location was really handy to Kings Park. My room was clean and adequately appointed, a place I appreciated.

My room faced the street, so I did experienced road noise. The bathroom fan operated on a sensor, it was an inconvenience. I had difficulty regulating the water temperature in the shower. It was problematic.

clean room convenient restaurant helpful staff

the room was clean and tidy. staff minded our bags, even though i flew out late. the restaurant downstairs served good food and was highly convenient.

the pillows were too soft , and there were no substitutes available.

city centre parking spot ventilated room

the location is very near the city centre and kings park. the accommodation is flawless. around ten free parking spots are available with a code, that makes it very safe. the room is well-equipped and well ventilated.

the floor tiles feels cold, particularly at night.

The reception staff was friendly. i liked the location. It was close to kings park and the central business district. the room was spacious. I also found good kitchen facilities. self service laundry was useful.

the television only had local channels. some channels showed pixelation or no connection. a replacement room key cost me 80 dollars.
